This is a hands-on class with Chef Seals. "An Evening in Paris" will feature preparation of a delicious French meal: Potage Crecy (French carrot soup), Poisson Meuniere (fresh fish, butter, lemon and parsley) and Gratin Dauphinois (French scalloped potatoes).
