Rainbow Umbrellas will be twirling along the streets of downtown Kingston providing shoppers with a rain-free visit to businesses. Cleo's Landing has teamed with the Downtown Kingston Association to provide 25 rainbow-colored umbrellas for customers and visitors to use while downtown in hopes the whimsy will keep shoppers dry and smiling. Just borrow an umbrella at any shop, gallery or cafe in the first two blocks of town, use it, and leave it at another downtown location.
