Hello and Thanks for your interest in the 3rd annual Westsound Business Expo. We expect this year’s EXPO to be Bigger and Better than before and we are excited to learn you might be interested in participating.
Below, please find information which will help you learn more about the event. If you should have any questions or need additional information please contact me or your local chamber.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
· What: Largest 1 day Business Expo in the Area
· Info: Free and Open to Public, Free Food, over $5000 in Door Prizes
· Host: 8 local Chambers of Commerce, KEDA, KPCVB
· When: Thursday, February 18 2010 (2pm-7pm)
· Where: Kitsap Sun Pavilion- Kitsap Fairgrounds
· Theme: Winter Sports Ski Resort
· FYI: SELL OUT IS EXPECTED!!
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
· Complete registration form attached above
· Mail, Fax, Email completed form to Bremerton Area Chamber
· Include payment in form of check, cash or credit card to Bremerton Chamber
· Once completed - Registration confirmation will be emailed
· Booth assignment to be made at event.
BOOTH INFORMATION:
· Booths open to anyone!
· **Limited number still available**
· Members: $150 until Feb 1st. ($200 after Feb 1st)
· Non-members: $200
· Single booth space 10’ x 10’
· Pipe and drapes included (burgundy color)
· 8” table and 2 chairs included
· Electricity included with all booths
· You will NEED to provide table cloth and/or skirting
· All 50$ exhibitor door prizes will be announced and are encouraged
EXPO SCHEDUAL
· 9:00am: Registration Opens
· 1:30pm Exhibitor Set-up Completed
· 1:45pm Announcements & Welcome!
· 2:00-4:00pm: Exhibitor only Expo Opens (over 300 people in 2009)
· 3:00pm: Speed Networking- (exhibitor only)
· 4:00pm Open to Public (over 1000 attended in 2009).
· 6:00pm Speed Networking- (open)
· 6:45pm Grand Prizes
· 7:00pm Expo ends
