DESCRIPTION:A family friendly\, COVID safe\, event with loads of car trunks and candy. \nHere’s  how it’ll work: Treaters will be able to come up to the yellow tape and yell “Trunk Or Treat!” to each trunk. The individual trunks will acknowledge as they are called. At the end of the line of cars a gloved and masked candy handler will deliver a package of candy through a contraption to the Treater. \nWho\nOpen to  all the kids and kids at heart from the North Kitsap community.  \nCost\nFree
