DESCRIPTION:The Robert P. Smiley Scout Hall was constructed over 62 years ago and has continuously served the youth of the Kingston Community over the years. This building has been renovated by an enthusiastic group of volunteers. The outpouring of support from donations of cash\, materials and time has been overwhelming. The works of American composer Harry T. Burleigh (1866-1949) are among the pieces that will be performed.
