Whether moving to the area, or looking to get more involved, there are a few key places to get started! We’ll link to moving guides, neighborhood info,  newcomer resources, and events as well as other community hubs here. We have also linked to the many community organizations operating in northern Kitsap County and you can find information on the scholarship funded by our Chamber each year.

We’re building out these resources now, particularly for people or businesses interested in relocating to Kingston. Reach out to director@kingstonchamber.com if you’d like to help with this effort or have resources to share here!

Kingston: The Village Green Community Center is your one-stop shop for social services information and connection to the many non-profits serving our area as well as the Kingston branch of the Kitsap Regional Library. Not only is the Community Center the hub for events taking place year-round but their staff and volunteers are super helpful and can point you to additional resources.

Hansville: The Hansville Community Center is the hub of this coastal community just north of Kingston. Their website is full of year round community events and includes a New Neighbors Guide and info!

Indianola: more info coming soon!

The communities served by the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce are all part of unincorporated north Kitsap County. That means in terms of local government (permitting, taxes, roadways, etc.) we are governed by Kitsap County. To learn more about Kitsap County and our District 1 representative, Commissioner Christine Rolfes, visit the Board of Commissioners webpage. The Kingston Community Advisory Council meets monthly to advise the county on needs of greater Kingston.
