Celebrate Women-Owned Businesses in North Kitsap

Sunday, March 8th was International Women’s Day — a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. And March is Women’s History Month! Here in North Kitsap, we’re fortunate to have an incredible group of women entrepreneurs who pour their creativity, resilience, and heart into our community every single day.

The Greater Kingston Chamber is proud to acknowledge and celebrate our amazing local women-owned businesses. You likely already frequent many of these establishments — and if you do, thank you! If not (or if it’s been a while), now is the perfect opportunity to stop in, make a purchase, leave a review, or simply say hello and show your support. If you see your favorite woman in business while out and about, post a social media shout out and tag the Chamber to be reshared!

These are some of our member businesses helping to shape the character and vibrancy of Kingston/North Kitsap:

When you choose to shop local — especially with women-owned businesses — you’re investing directly back into our community. You’re supporting families, funding local jobs, and helping sustain the small-town charm we all love.

Events & Opportunities Supporting Women

Several local businesses are hosting special events all month or offering ways to celebrate and uplift women:

If you hear of other events or promotions celebrating International Women’s Day or Women’s History Month please reach out to the Chamber — we would love to help spread the word!

This March, let’s be intentional about where we spend our time and dollars. A coffee date. A new book. A gift for a friend. A night out. Small actions add up in a big way.

Together, we can make sure the women business owners of Kingston feel seen, supported, and celebrated — not just on March 8th, but all year long.
